Thanx ledhead will drop the Dbol and just run the test cyp. Will run the clomid as u said and c how that goes.As for the armidex will run it if needed.Thanx again for your input.Hope I didn't annoy u with a noob cycle.Just wanna do it right and safely.The guys I talked to in the gym were a waste of time they were adding compound after compound to the cycle.At least here I can get an honest answer from an experienced Guy.Thanx again mate.

You are welcome, and NO, I was not really annoyed. I just don't like giving advice, so that's why I gave you suggestions; all the difference in the world. I can see how someone new to the game can get confused with all the conflicting information floating around. Remember what I all always say, TRIAL AND ERROR.. you will get there.

Give us some feedback about how your cycle is working for you. Post up progress info every so often. I'm interested about how this cycle works out for you..

Took today off from training. I think I will change my training routine. I have a day off after I do arms, that's a waste of a day off. I probably will change it to where I have a day off after I train legs and another after I train back. Those are the most demanding body parts to train. Therefore, those will be the best days to properly utilize rest, and the most efficient days to rest my body.

I cut back on carbs on my days off because there is no way to utilize all the carbs I usually eat; eating a lot of carbs on non-workout days is not sound nutrition, the carbs will store as fat. Constantly trying to be proactive, and take advantage of little thing that can advance my physique; being an opportunist is something I strive to be, and reversing misfortunes and setbacks to benefit me. That's what separates the "saints" from the "aints."

New Years resolution: to look like Newman by mid-July. Ahhhhhhhh Ha!

What are you eating carb quantity wise on training vs non training days?

I started out 25 grams a meal 5-6 times a day on training days. Then I will bump it up 10 grams every 4 weeks, that's usually the time it takes my body to adapt, by then it is ready for a change. Pwo, I take in 50 grams. I'm prescribed Hydrochlorothiazide, which is a potent water pill. This allows me to up my carbs because the diuretics shrink the fat cells and aid with fat oxidation, and then I can utilize the carbs for more production.

Non-workout days.. I don't know, I probably cut them by 3/4. No need for them unless I'm training. They just will more than likely store as fat..
 
Hey everybody! Led I been reading this thread every day. I love it great info! Good luck to you even though it doesn't seem you need much you're a beast man. You seem to have a ton of knowledge up in that head of yours, i appreciate you sharing some of it.

Anyways I thought I'd post some before pics in here for some extra motivation and to take part in this awesome thread I read everyday.

Current stats: 23y/o, 205lbs, 12-13% bf I think

Cycle history: 40 day winni only
40 day dbol only
40 day anavar only
50 day helladrol only

Proposed cycle:
1-12 sust 250 200mgs x 2 (400mgs)
1-4 forged extreme mass
1-4 forged bromo
1-4 cycle support ( similar to n2guard)
Aromisin (spelling?) 12.5 mgs EOD

PCT two weeks after last pin:
Clomid 12.5 mgs per day for 4 weeks
Forged post cycle
Forma stanz which I think ill start a day after my last pin
Cycle support
2 bottles of unleashed
Maybe some s1

Not sure when I'm starting this due to low food funds at the moment but I am gunna be doing an extremely lean bulk. I'd like to get to about 10% bf at 220lbs. I'll post up some pics after my cycle!! Good luck everyone lets smash some goals this year!

I just have 1 quick question about the above cycle you are proposing...Sustanon 250 is 250mg per 1ml, so why not run 250mg 2x EW for 500mg weekly? Or are you going to take a chance and just try and measure exactly 200mg every pin? If you want to just run 400mg EW then get Test Cyp 200mg which would be a better option IMO, but I will let Led chime in here.
