Jesus....thanks for the umm....motivation lol. I have legs tonight. I should be able to get over 1000 for 2 or 3 but I'm natty right now (105 mg sust e2w I'd call that natty) . Plus I have a torn acl and medial meniscus in my left knee.

Hey MA......why no stiff leg DL brother?

Trust me I incorporate them too, starting this week I will be training legs 2x a week, training back/hams one day and quads another, obviously hitting all legs when squatting, pressing, and lunging, but will be doing stiffs more now. Like I said I have always been strong even off cycle which was for 5 years, but now shit is going to get fun, and Led is now my coach and we are working on fine tuning things. I need to get the sweep in my quads more defined and yes build my hams, so two separate workouts isolating them I think will be the ticket.

Go hit legs bro...and for all who is following remember...the house you build is only as strong as your foundation...so build your foundation (legs) and don't be one of those top heavy chicken leg guys in the gym. I still say that they created the Physique class in bodybuilding shows for those who only like to train upper body, and lack the development in their legs...I mean they get to wear board shorts that covers their legs...what does that tell you?

Still slowly incorporating different supplements. The absorption of protein is crucial to building muscle. The more protein you can absorb the more protein synthesis is at work; consequently more muscle "can" be produced. When protein is digested, it is converted to amino acids, which is the body's usable form of protein. It is the digestive enzymes found within your gastrointestinal tract that complete this absorption process. Hence, consuming certain types of proteolytic enzymes such as Aspergillus niger and Aspergillus oryzae in supplement form can increase your absorption rate of protein by up to 100%. It is a bodybuilders dream to absorb 100% of their protein intake (it should be); hence, incorporate one of the enzymes above because it will aid you with slabbing on quality muscle if your diet is checked.

Inserted Creatine into my regimen. I prefer Creatine Phosphate because it stores energy that will be transferred to ADP to resynthesize ATP as needed; which is very important while weight training because when a muscle is contracted ATP goes back ADP, which in return the loss of energy occurs. By using Creatine Phosphate before or during your workout you sustain ATP; and continue to produce energy to power muscle contractions, which is ideal to increase intensity and endurance during weight training. Remember, ATP is like a spark of energy that can be used to do work in the body; therefore you always want a constant flow of ATP during weight training in order to have awesome workouts.

I trained wheels today. I'm still in the "conditioning phase," so I concentrated more on mechanics and form than trying to be Superman, that will come in time :) I changed my quad routine just a little today; I dropped a few sets and upped my reps, which I got a nasty pump.

Quads: did 9 sets

Squats 3x20. Narrow foot stance so the knees go out to avoid injury. Strict and controlling motion, made sure I felt the weight on the way down and isolated the quad. Mission accomplished.

Leg press 3x20. Wider foot stance so I could hit the upper part of my quads and hips. Did the same method for presses as I did for squats..

Leg extensions 3x20. Concentrated on squeezing when I locked out.. Does wonders for the teardrops..

Hams

Stiff legs: 5x20. Kinda got in a nice rhythm without getting sloppy and put constant tension on my hams.

I avoided overtraining, there is enough of that to go around. I'll pass!!

My conditioning is coming along faster than I expected; therefore, it might be time to start my cycle.

Goal: 250-252 @ 4-5% BF by mid-July.. I know I will get there, I got that feeling :)

You train legs with a torn ACL and a torn Meniscus?? I forsee a knee replacement here in the near future. I know few things about structual damage because I ripped my labrum and the capsule that protects the discs in your back. When you have structual damage the body strives to reattach the disconnected tissue. However, the body is unable to reattch the tissue, hence, scar tissue will build up; and arthritis will set in, and then you will be in a world of shit. Moreover, the more you let the scar tissue and arthritis build up the more you will damage you knee beyond repair. Consequently, you will need a knee replacement; maybe not now but 5-10 years from now you might.

My right delt is about shot from multiple tears; and being a hard head I went long periods of time before getting it surgically repaired. Years of scar tissue and arthritis built up in my delt; the last time I got it repaired was 2010. My Doctor told me when he went in there that the "tears in the labrum were the least of his of his worries; he said I had so much scar tissue and arthritis that eventually I will need a total delt replacement.

I don't know your whole story, but from what I read you should get that repaired ASAP. Now, that is just a suggestion.. Don't end up like me because my training days are numbered..

Oh, Im not being pessimistic at all. I'm just trying to help a bro be proactive, and save him from having future headaches.

I'm definitely bringing home the gold :)

I'll try and be as brief as I can with this derail. I tore it when I was 17 (tore both at the same time). Since I had been doing heavy leg press since I was 14 my legs were huge and the muscles supported my knee. I had an xray which showed nothing (obviously). it was 1992 so that says alot too. I'm now almost 37. I have had zero issues lifting heavy, running ect since then. Only issues would be stability from the torn meniscus when trying to plant quick as if a running back changing direction. But obviously that doesnt happen in the gym or day to day life. I only thought I had a torn meniscus. It wasnt until I seriously tore the medial meniscus in my right knee during pro wrestling back in 09' that I got a comparison MRI on my left knee. The ortho said do you know your left ACL is wasted? Like a floppy empty tendon sheath with zero structural value. I said no? He said its toast and that I shouldnt continue wrestling without getting it fixed. SO since wrestling was a hobby I stopped.
I know it needs reconstruction. He told me since it doesnt bother me that I can go when I'm ready. The only thing that bothers it is walking on a treadmill at a steep incline because the acl isnt there to keep the joint tight. No issues otherwise. the torn meniscus spot will hurt way before anything else gets irritated if I run. I have one of those real expensive donjoy braces for both knees if need be.
I can say this.....after using TB500 and Ipamorelin for apx 5 mos...my knee feels better and can take more abuse. Why? I dont know? Im not about to imply that it affected the wasted ligament. that would be stupidly insane. But it made a very noticable difference. I'm shooting for next january for replacement.

Sorry for the derail gents.....As you were.
