I am sure it's probably a good thing but it just annoys me post cardio once I have showered, ate breakfast and getting ready for work I find that is when I start to sweat the most. Guessing it's just my metabolism kicking in?[/quot

Your body temperature varies throughout the day, going from around 97 degrees in the early morning to about 99 degrees in the early evening. Exercise raises body temperature considerably. When you exercise, more than 70 percent of the energy that powers your muscles is lost as heat. Less than 30 percent drives your muscles. Athletic competition can drive temperatures as high as 105 degrees without harming the athletes.

To keep your body temperature from rising too high, your heart pumps large amounts of heat in the blood from your hot muscles to your skin and you sweat. The sweat evaporates and cools your body. The amount of sweat that your body produces depends on the temperature of the blood that flows through your brain. When the temperature of the blood rises, you sweat more. During exercise, your heart beats rapidly to pump blood to bring oxygen to your muscles and to pump the hot blood from the muscles to the skin where the heat can be dissipated. When you stop exercising, your heart slows down also, pumping less blood to the skin. The heat accumulates in your muscles, causing blood temperature to rise higher, so you sweat more right after you finish exercising than during exercise (Dr. Mirkin).

Oh, by-the-way, you keep forgetting to post up pictures. Get with the program, sister :)

Thanx for letting me post up my cycle ledhead much appreciated.
My cycle as follows,
Weeks 1-12 test cyp 250 x 2 (mon-thur)
Weeks 3-12 hcg 250 iu x 2 day before pinning test.
Armidex .5 mg eod.
PCT
Clomid 25/25/25/25
phytoserms 347
Unleashed/pct
Daa
will be running n2 guard throughout the cycle nd into pct.Still undecided to run dbol for the first four weeks have enough to run it at 20 mg thisw.ud like advice on this.
Theaim of this cycle is to gain as much mass as possible.Have done two Ph cycles in the past and had gud results with a clean diet nd proper pct.Have my diet dialled in nd have cut my weight down to 83.5 kgs from 87 kgs and my bodyfat is now down from 15% to 12% in preparation for this cycle. Will appreciate all advice and hopefully haven't left anything out of the above cycle.Thanx.

I personally hate fixing people's cycles and I personally can't take people who are anxious to fix people's cycles. But, considering you asked I will give you my opinion, and please don't get offended if I say some off the wall stuff..

This looks just like a typical steroid board beginners cycle and PCT.

1). Test Dosage = Good

2). HCG Dosage = Good

3). Dex Dosage = Good. Although, I personally don't integrate an AI until I think it's necessary, and sometimes I never do..

4). As for adding the Dball, I say save it for a rainy day. I don't believe in running orals at the beginning of a cycle. Imo, that "kick start" philosophy is more of a psychological benefit than a biological one.

5), Clomid Dosage = Typical, but I would do 50/50/25/25, maybe drop week 4 depending on how you feel..

As for unleashed, N2guard, daa, and phytoserms I know absolutely nothing about. If you read through my thread I mentioned I do a "unconventional" PCT, which I'm not going to disclose until that time comes.

If any of these PCT experts want to chime in and comment about your PCT that's fine with me..

I hope this helped??

Dennis Newman was a perfect example of old school meets new school without the distended stomachs and 30 IU of slin and 20-30 IU of HGH a day. I wish looking like Newman used to look was the goal of today's BBing.

On a side note I have heard though that he was a royal douche bag.

Exactly. I love the way his physique was in 1994. The perfect physique as far as I'm concerned. I mentioned it quite a few times. I met Newman when he guest posed at the Mr. Ohio right after he won the Nationals.

I talked to him for about 10-15 minutes; he didn't seem like a total douchebag, however, he was one arrogant mother. From what I recall from our convo he seemed a little outlandish. He asserted himself without hesitation from Jump St. about using roids, which I found odd because they usually don't mention what they take, or give advice about roids. Lol, I will never forget what he told my friends and I as long as I live. He said, "take anything and everything you can get your hands on, and don't believe there are certain drugs for bulking or cutting, just take everything." lololololo..

That story is as true as God is true. What a character! Too bad he ended up with leukemia: I definitely thought he would have won 2-3 Olympias. For sure!

From what I have researched, 125-200mg is the typical TRT/HRT dose EW, anything above is basically considered a low dose cycle...but don't quote me, I'm sure others will chime in here. I plan on a 10 week cruise up to April 1st like I said before I blast again for my precontest cycle...which will be fun :D. It has been 5 years since I have ran any real AAS cycles, so my receptors were clean and fresh, and my body has responded beautifully...and it is going to get better in the next 7 months up to my competition(s)...we will see how the first one goes, then will determine my next move. I am going balls to the wall, it is my time to shine, it is time for this guy to chase my dreams and goals and see what I have to make the most of my bodybuilding lifestyle, and I have the love and support of my friends and family behind me 100%...so I can't let them or myself down, 42 years young, and have the desire for excellence in myself...which is why I am looking to bros at a level above me to help me get to where I want to be.

I know I'm pulling this from wayyy back in this thread but I had to comment.
Bro, the cruise dose depends on what you want out if it. If your looking to cruise and retain as much mass as possible then yes, 200-250 wk is what your after.
If you want to cruise at a dose that gets you back in "normal" range somewhere around 900-100ng/dl to let your system normalize then your going to want to shoot for 100-125mg wk. The best way for future reference is to get bloods done. My cruise ended up way longer than planned for a few reasons but the 150mg wk I was cruising on should have been keeping me around 1000-1200 ng/dl. But it was heavily dosed. So come to find out after bloods I was at 2450 ng/dl. I wish I had done bloods a lot sooner so I could have adjusted it.

Thanks BTC...I did and will be having bloods done again soon, but appreciate your knowledge and hands on experience. I plan on running 250mg for 10 weeks going into my precontest cycle, so that should be sufficient for my needs which yes is to retain what I have from this cycle and to keep progressing as well.

Same happens to me...even after weight training.

Going into a contest yes your going to want to preserve as much mass as possible. My situation sucked because my levels should have been all normal thus everything else being normal. SO once I did the bloods I realized my LDL, Bilerubin and RBC had been high for a very extended period. Which fucked up my blast that was going to start this month. I could have done it but having High RBC for an extended period is obviously not good long term heart wise. So now I'm not blasting til june. When I start to feel the effects of higher RBC and thicker blood its definatley time to let things normalize for real. Which they have been going on a month now.
But you know no matter what level your at or why you do it bloods are always smart. I remember Joe D used to get bloods done weekly. (different situation obviously)

Thanks I figured there was good reason just didn't know what it was. Give it time I will post some pics when I feel like less of a beached whale. :)

@ muscleaddiction yeah it happens after I lift to but I really don't care then cause I am at home eating dinner and chillaxin. It's when I am in a rush in the mornings that it annoys me. It's already a struggle to get up at quarter to 6 dunno if I could add some extra sweating time in there.

Thanks buddy...I really appreciate your input, prior to this cycle I have been clean for 5 years so time to step it up...being safe and healthy about it of course...and go for my goals now. As you know being a father and a husband we have to prioritize our family and lives and this has been on my back burner for years...it is on the front burner on high flame, and I am going to see what kind of damage I can do on stage this year...family is 100% behind me and the wife is now training with me a few days a week and getting in my face...her sarcasm fuels me at times ;).

Yeah I train @ 5 am during the week due to work, so it is annoying when you get out of the shower and you start sweating again...I will stand in front of a fan and try to dry out just to get dressed. I will not train at night or prime time due to people in the gym...especially this time of year (resolution folks) people really piss me off at the gym!

Having the family situation in order and them behind you makes all the difference in the world. My son trains with me usually also. He's 11 but he's 5'7" 165. Does everything I do but light weight 15 rep range less sets. Wife trains also. Having a household in the same mind set you are helps with everything. Especially diet.
