lack of sleep cause no growth?

I know this isnt a thread about it but am I the only one shaking my head in disgust at the amount of gear this guy is running for a first cycle? where the fuck do you go from there? over a gram of gear on first cycle. unreal. nothing like setting yourself up for failure.
I hope your running an a.i. and caber or your going to blow up like a water balloon. your eating alot of crap too so your asking for water weight.
all if any gains you will make could easily have been made witb half or less than the amount of gear your using. I have been as big as 280 and I have never gone over 600mg test week. and thats after many test cycles. :jenscat

I agree bro. More doesn't mean better. If you can't grow on half that juice, then maybe your training and diet need revisited.
 
Alright guys I don't ask if I'm taking enough juice or my diet or my training. I'm simply asking if I'm not getting the sleep I need will I not grow. How am I eating crap food? Chicken beans and veggies is crap? Okay.maybe for the past year I havnt been able to gain becuz of my lack of sleep.

Doesn't matter if you asked or not. Over a gram of gear on your first cycle is about as irresponsible as you can get.

BBQ chicken....key word BBQ. Crap. half gallon of milk.... Crap. Nothing but sugar and bad fats in milk. Unless your a teenager you shouldn't be drinking milk.

Even on 4 hours of sleep a night you would have made some progress. Its your training. But wtf do we know?

it matters because too much gear as burn said is gonna lead to more sides. its gonna hurt your sleep more.

anyway how old are you? i don't think you are old enough to be posting on here anyway
 
I have got between 4-6 hours of sleep per night for the last few years. I get up at 4 AM every day, prepare my meals for the day, eat then hit the gym, and work 10-12 hours. I don't get home until around 7-8 PM, then I have another meal, a shower, and have two young kids to get to bed. I get to sleep around 10:30 if I'm lucky. I've had no problem growing the last few years. More sleep would be better sure, but you are making an excuse with it and thinking that is the reason you can't grow which is nonsense
 
Im 23. And I'm not acting immature at all. That roid rage above is. And what's wrong with BBQ chicken? I'm just cooking it over a fire. I understand the milk. Atleast im drinking 1% i need to cut back. Im just asking about my size growth. Iv have had no sighs of anything, beside my balls getting smaller that's it. And I'm only asking becuz I feel I havnt grow much yet. Strength is up. Limbo is up. Have a boner 24/7. Maybe I just need to wait till week 6 or 7.

And burn you should try laying off the juice a little. I have not be rude or rejected anything advice you have given me. But I'm already 5 weeks into my cycle and not gunna change it now. It's learning for next time. Not like I'm Wasting your time or money
