lack of sleep cause no growth?

ok im going to make this short and to the point.

starting - 6'2 210lbs BF unknow
All reps 3x3
bench 275
squat 315
deadlift 315
military 225

current - 6'2 215lb BF unknow
bench 295
squat 365
deadlift 350
military 245

and this is my first cycle

im on week 5 of 600mg sust 500mg of deca
im eating the same thing everyday 3000-4000 cal a day
now my question is i feel that i am not growing at all. all the other factors are there but not much growth.

now my question is can i not be growing do to sleep? im a full time student and full time job i dont not have time to get sleep. i get about 4-5 hours a sleep a night. im lifting 4 times a week. is this just a big waste do no the fact i am unable to get sleep? or do i just keep at it? thanks for any imputs

3000-4000 cals a day is fuck all tbh so it could be that. Gear could be bunk. Lack of sleep deffo isn't a good thing either but if the gears legit and you were in a calorie surplus you'd still grow ime
 
I know two other guys doing the same stuff I am maybe give it till week six? From what I read sust and deca both take a Lil to kik in

Wait untill 8 weeks bro if u still don't see anything your not doing somthing right and 3000-4000 cals a day is definitely sufficient
 
you should still see something but to be honest sounds like you just aren't ready to juice.. school can be 10X worse than a full time job because you gotta cram for exams, write papers and all that crap. i would rather manage a fast food restaurant full time than go back to college.

this is why we tell young guys to NOT do steroids.. its just a waste.. besides what the heck are you doing using deca for a first cycle anyway?

also you are running long estered compounds so at week 5 you are just now starting to get into the bread of the cycle.

There are a few factors that could be in play here. First, the gear could be fake, that's feasible, have you gotten your bloodwork done? Second, you're saying 3000 calories, that's about BMR + 20, or about weight x 15, which is not enough for bulking (I know you said 4000 but most guys don't get that much). I suggest you post up your diet. Lastly, sleep does count when it comes to gains, so if you're not sleeping it's going to be hard to make good, solid gains.
 
At work right now i don't remember all the stats off the top of my head.i eat the same thing everyday becuz I have very little time to cook and makes things easier to make in bulk.
If I remember right it's about
3000 cals
300 carbs
250 pro
This is not including the trail mix and milk I have. And my meals and shakes are not perfect everytime either
Meal 1 shake
Protein milk banana oatmeal peanut butter
Meal 2-5 (4 meals )
BBQ chicken 2 heaping scoops of a bean and veggie mix
Though out the day I snack on trail mix and drink milk alot I almost drink half a gallon a day of milk
 
Currently I am working out on mon tues thurs Friday the days I have school and work. Mon-Friday work 7-330 and school mon-fri 720-1240. I have weekends off so what if I try switching to Friday sat sun mon so I can get as much sleep as I can?
