Keeping gains post cycle?

Much has been said about how to keep gains post cycle for men(clomid,clen,ect.) but what about a woman.Are there any specific things for a woman to do or take when comming off a cycle?My wife is ending a 12 week anavar cycle.What can she expect to keep or lose in the comming weeks.Would clen be advisable.She is 39 and been bodybuilding for over13years.This was her 2nd cycle.Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated!
 
Well..I didn't realize that anavar was suppressing my appetite and the hunger caught me off guard after stopping. So, look out for that.....I definitely rebounded with some body fat as well...I was SCARY lean coming off (like 9%...just a guestimate from BB'ers at the gym) My husband was really happy to have me gain some weight.

Other than that, I didn't see ANY decrease in my performance in the gym at all.

Thanks, VooDoo Lady .We will watch the diet close.She too is very lean and wont want to put any fat on.She has an excellent physic and would like to keep what she has worked so hard for on this cycle.Do you know if women go into a catabolic state after a cycle? should she continue her same cardio and bodybuilding routine or cut it back a notch?......anybody?
 
One thing she needs to remember is you can not stay in contest shape year round...you dont have to get fat..but keep her training exactly the same...she should keep diet clean..what are her goals?? What is she trying to do? She will keep a good amount of her gains but will not be quite as hard as she was on her cycle. She doesn't need to do extra cardio, just train heavy and keep doing what she is doing currently.
