IVE SEEN TWO DIFFERENT SUSTANON BY KARACHI BOTH WITH THE WHITE RIM ALONG THE THIN PART OF THE SNAP CAP BOTH WITH YELLOW PRINT AS SEEN ON THE PIC BOARD BUT ONE HAS AN R ABOVE THE SUSTANON AND HE OTHER DOESN'T WHICH IS THE GOOD STUFF OR ARE THEY BOTH GOOD STUFF.

To make things even more confusing mate, I've got some of those amps without the R, but they have different writing on them. Some say organon Pakistan Ltd, and the others say Abbot laboratories. So, I haven't got a friggin' clue!!

both the amps you guys describe sound like crap,im sitting here with with the real one right in front of me ,there is a shitload of these up here in western canada and they are 100% real mine is clear amp with white ring around middle of the neck mine says organon karachi yellow writing the lt #s are M.L#000067 the pr #is 00244sand these are printedvertically down side of amp ,now i realize not all amps have same #s but these lots numbers have been going around up here for a year now so there is probably a lot more out there.

same ML # 000067and lot number 002446 printed vertical as yours are ,they look very real to me yellow letters and white ring on the neck.
