Right now i am realy fat at least comapring myself to my friends.
So i want t lsot some fat and be better in running and every aerobic activity (so im not looking to gain muscle, i belive im too young for that anyway).

Im almost 14.
Im 1.60~.
Im 66 kg.

This is after my last diet where i lost 6 kg.

How do i calculate body fat%?
So what do you suggest i do to get in shape and at least to 60?

Wow.

13 huh - I remember 13 - that was a good year.

What are you eating currently and what sort of exercise are you doing now?

I dont' think a diet is an issue at 66KG, I would suggest you try exercise and fun :). Try doing some running or sports you enjoy; trust me, you don't want to be tangled up in this "diet" life at 14 :).

ya, I wouldn't concern so much about calories and what not, but it might be beneficial to your health in general if you start eating more healthy foods, not stuff like chips and chocolate bars...
and like mr.x suggested do some exercise, I'm sure there's even sports teams at school you could join for free.

Right now?

Well, my daily meal consists of:

Morning: cornflakes
2: Some meat and bread (light) with milk products.
5: Some kind of fruit and some more bread with milk products.
8: oatmeal
Some more meat

Other the the cornflakes, the order of this changes.

I made to myself a training program to be less of a bum:

1st week, 1/2 mile a day
2nd 0.65 and 0.25
3rd 0.8 and 0.5
4th 1 and 0.75
And so on, also doing some basketball.

I like your training program; give it a shot, you'll love the exercise. I know I do :)

By the way, I'd like to praise you for coming here and asking for help, it's a very honarable thing to do :)

Good that you are recognizing the problem now. Overweight kids become obese adults.

Is that really what you are eating? I mean, is that what you HAVE been eating to get to be fat? It doesn't look like you would get fat eating like that.

What kind of meat are you eating and how is it cooked?

If this diet is really making you fat, cut the bread entirely, don't eat fruit other than apples, and substitute a low carb protien shake in the morning instead of the cornflakes.

No no no, that is my diet.
That is the diet i lost 6 kg.
B4 it i was eating frozen pizzas all day long.

The meat right now is chicken with bread crums, although i have been thinking of moving to fille, less cal and more protein.

I was once a fat kid around 15. Well not through genetics, but I injured my self and couldn't play the 3-4 hours of tennis I usually played a day. I sat on my ass and just ate the same shit as I did before like a whole dominos large pizza every day, junk food galore, and thats about it. I gained like 25 lbs in a 3 months. It sucked real bad. I realized it when I saw some pictures of myself from before, and when my injury healed I started eating real healthy and lost 30lbs, and I contined to eat fairly healthy for 5 years. And now today I have started to eat even more healthy and lifting intensely and my body fat is 10% when infact it was some where around 26% when I got injured. So what I am trying to say is if you have just a little discipline you'll be able to lose as much weight as you feel you need to. You'll definitely feel a lot better. I was very depressed through those times, especially when I compared my friends and others to myself, it really kept me going.
