Good day all.
I've been reading this board for over 2 years, figured it was time I joined.
Been seriously lifting for about 3 years, not counting time out for
my motorcycle accident and 2 back surgeries.
Currently:
27 yrs old
around 240 lbs ( not too low on bodyfat, was instructed to keep @ 11-12.5 %)
5' 11 1/2"
I'm trying to keep b/f same and get up to 270.
Planning on entering a couple shows next spring.
From what i've been seeing lately there is a lot of knowledge on this board.
Looking foward to learning as much as possible.
Currently have about 9 cycles in the past.
