Let me state this again, some of you BP bashers have obviously failed to read it:
In his own interview he said "It included two to three hours in the gym, two additional hours of sword work and four high-protein, low-carb meals a day."
1) 4 meals? He's not going to get enough calories above maintenance on 4 meals a day to grow naturally, especially if they are "low carb"!!!
2) Overtraining, that much work(5 hours/day) and too little rest.
3) He's 40 years old
4) 7 months was all he spent training
5) His jaw was thick, forearms thick, chest, traps thick, and still below 10%bf
6) He has since "shrunk" back to typical Brad Pitt fighting weight in all of his recent interviews, back to chain smoking, back to couch potato status
All of the above are pretty good indications he may have done a light cycle, either that, or Ronnie Coleman should move over and let super genetic freak of nature Brad Pitt do it at the Olympia "all natural". lol! yeah, whatever!
