I just got back from tj last night. Here is the story and the promising news I found out: I went down to pick up some clomid and dbol. The pharms were out of the paticlualr dbol i wanted, however, the did still have the clomid. Before i went to tj i printed out the "know before you go" bit from the US Customs website. I brought this with me and highlighted the relevent sections. I kept the clomid in its original packaging and brought the reciept. When I crossed (walking) I declared that I had some medications (I know clomid is not in the same scheduale as AS...but i am getting to that). They crossing guy sent me over to the silver tables behind the crossing boths where more customs agents were waiting. I put my clomid on the table and told the inspector that I did not know if this was legal and was NOT trying to smuggle anything or break any laws. I also told him that about the printed liturature i had with me and showed it to him. He asked me what I was using it for. I told him to bring up low test levels. He took my cloimd and went into a door and left me aqlone for a while while he checked to see if I could bring it in. After waiting about 10 minutes he came back. He told me I could keep the clomid and go. I then asked him if he knew what primoteston is. He said that he did. I asked if this law would also apply to let me bring in primoteston. He said yes, however, he said I could only bring in a one month supply. He first asked me how many times per week I would use an ampule. I told him 4 times per week. So he said that i could bring in 16 primotestons.
It sort of seemed like he was making stuff up as he was going. My advise will only be any good to anyone who lives close to tj for convinence. It looked to me like if you get the right inspector you will be able to bring human grade gear back into the US- legally. However, to ensure that you don't buy a bunch of gear, declare it, get a strict inspector, and then have it all taken from you, I would suggest the following. Go to the boarder and try and walk in from the US side to speak with an inspector. Have the Customs website stuff with you. Show the inspector the laws from the customs website. Get the ok from the inspector that importing a one month supply of human grade gear for personal use (only ask to bring in 1 month worth) is legal. Then tell him you are going to do this right now and that if you are hassled you will ask to speak to him. Remember the inspectors name and go buy your gear. When you cross with it declare the gear and tell the inspector what previously took place using the name of the inspector you previously spoke with. Hope this helps.
