Good Bro
I just want to say Thank you to everyone on this board.

I have been reading about 6 months now and started posting about 1 month ago.

My husband (wow I can call him that now) has been on a lot longer than I (graffixx) but I never got into because he was on all the time now he gets mad at me because im on all the time.

Well while Im sitting here eating my egg whites and some crystal light Ice Tea Im on my 3rd day of eating clean and staying with in my goals.

But I owe it all too you guys ecspeccially the one who post pics along the way

I am no where where I want to be but atleast this time I want to do it

again the inspiration on here is wonderful and the help from my husband has been great too...

Well im 25 years old and I weigh 165 lbs and 26% bodyfat :bawling:

My goals are to lose fat and tone with some muscle up what I have.

Im using the hydroxycut and keeping with in 1650 calories; 179g protein; 30 carbs; and 59 g fat (is this ok for cutting)


I weight train with my husband 3-4 times a week and do 30-60 min of cardio 3-4 times a week.

I have gotten some strenght gains since starting I remember when I first started lifting I was benching 15 lbs and it was hard this week Im at 50lbs (pretty sad :( )

But i guess you have to start somewhere!
 
I agree

I totally agree with the mental motivation this board adds. I will be working out at the gym and this board will pop into my head and remind me that if I start slacking - there are women out there that aren't ! And, if keeps me going - no excuses.

It also reminds me at work while I am online, that I have goals and it keeps me in the "fitness mode" while sitting at my desk - keeping me from "straying" on my diet....

It really is a boost!

Well in the last 4 days i havent even came close to 59 grams of fat ive been around 25 maybe 35 tops. Fats from mainly protein bars and 1/4 cup milk (which i know i need to cut out) um tenderloin Filet , Nat peanut butter, Turkey (bnot much), eggs. thats about it I have a hard time with high protein not sure about those shakes yet!!!
