had a long weekend....took friday off so i can get my cortisone shot. back feels good now...we'll see how it feels after rows and t-bar rows
sat i did 25 minutes on treadmill 12% incline @3.0, 5 minutes elliptical, about 3 minutes jump rope
sun i did 30 minutes on elliptical
with that being said i kind of ate like crap both days...pizza, chicken sandwich w/ mayo etc.....i also broke out of my cocoon friday night and had 6 beers at some happy hour bar. whatever...time to get back into it again....diet will be extra sharp this week!!
meal 1 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and pineapple
meal 2 1 cup of eggwhites 1 med apple
meal 3 8oz of baked turkey breast
meal 4 1 can of tuna
pre workout musclemilk with water
PWO ON whey with 1 gatorade
meal 5 8oz baked turkey breast with multi grain pasta
meal 6 (if needed) 22 almonds
