Wow, 6 beers I'd be half looped.

When you get the cortisone shot, do they stick it right in the joint? Big-assed needle?

had a long weekend....took friday off so i can get my cortisone shot. back feels good now...we'll see how it feels after rows and t-bar rows :evil:

sat i did 25 minutes on treadmill 12% incline @3.0, 5 minutes elliptical, about 3 minutes jump rope

sun i did 30 minutes on elliptical

with that being said i kind of ate like crap both days...pizza, chicken sandwich w/ mayo etc.....i also broke out of my cocoon friday night and had 6 beers at some happy hour bar. whatever...time to get back into it again....diet will be extra sharp this week!!

meal 1 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and pineapple
meal 2 1 cup of eggwhites 1 med apple
meal 3 8oz of baked turkey breast
meal 4 1 can of tuna
pre workout musclemilk with water
PWO ON whey with 1 gatorade
meal 5 8oz baked turkey breast with multi grain pasta
meal 6 (if needed) 22 almonds
How often do you have to get the shots?! I mean it's a temporary cure... are they giving you any additional advice?!?

ck- years of practice lol!!

hid- they stick t in my back..yes a big ass needle...it sucks.

tre- i'm getting 3 shots in 3 months...then they will reevaluate my condition. as of right now i still feel pain...not to sure it's working but whatever...i need to do something besides physcial therapy. and yes i know its a temp solution....

last night's training

chest/back 30 sec rest in btwn sets

incline barbell 145x12 135x10 115x12
incline db 55x12 50x12 40x12
dips bwx12 bwx10
cable crossovers 2x15

bent over bb rows 135x12 115x14 95x15
t-bar rows in the corner **weight not including bar 120x12 110x12 100x12
wide grip pulldowns 140x12 125x12 110x13

ab work

10 minutes elliptical

no i started with 2 plates and 3 dimes...then after each set removed a dime. i could do 3 plates easy for 12 but it startes to put too much stress on my back...so i did these supers strict and slow and really contracted.

I'm not doubting you one bit...but me at 7.9% and I was shredded, full 6 pack, obliques, quad sep........not saying you can't get there, just saying many think they are a TON less than they really are......post up some pics.....

Clearly JPT needs some Winn-50 from the roid store to get over the hump!!!! :spin:
 
^^ It's also important to realize (for those that don't know) 7.9% bf for JK will NOT be the same for JPT, regardless of potential operator error etc... :) No two people are alike etc...
