HAAAAAAAAAAA!!!! LOVE IT!!!!!!

yesterday i got extremely lazy b/c i had to do a bunch of things after work....ended up not cooking and ordered chinese "the triple delight" (shrimp, beef, and chicken) with mixed veggies in a brown sauce....no rice. i asked what was in the sauce and they said a little sugar, soy sauce, and some spices and cornstarch. not great but i wouldn;t consider it a cheat meal as the portion was not that big. i would say cals were around 500. so i skipped my anpb before bed so i would keep my macros around the 2000 level :)

today's diet

meal 1 cottage cheese with pineapple
meal 2 2 cups of eggwhites
meal 3 baked chicken and 1 apple
meal 4 1 can of tuna
pwo 2 scoops of whey
meal 5 baked chicken and veggies.
meal 6 22 almonds

keeping this a low carb day as i have no training...just cardo for about 45 minutes. i think carbs should be under 60g but i'll plug into fitday to be sure.

yesterday's training

shoulders***30 sec rest btwn sets

seated ohp 125x12, 105x10, 75x12
***have to get used to working these different muscle fibers....i barely got through the last set
hammer strength press 130x12, 110x10, 90x12
side laterals 30x15, 25x15, 20x15
upright rows 3x15,12,10

20 minutes elliptical

no matter how hard i try i cant seem to get my protein to go down....kinda like a woman on her honeymoon.
 
had a long weekend....took friday off so i can get my cortisone shot. back feels good now...we'll see how it feels after rows and t-bar rows :evil:

sat i did 25 minutes on treadmill 12% incline @3.0, 5 minutes elliptical, about 3 minutes jump rope

sun i did 30 minutes on elliptical

with that being said i kind of ate like crap both days...pizza, chicken sandwich w/ mayo etc.....i also broke out of my cocoon friday night and had 6 beers at some happy hour bar. whatever...time to get back into it again....diet will be extra sharp this week!!

meal 1 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and pineapple

meal 3 8oz of baked turkey breast
meal 4 1 can of tuna
pre workout musclemilk with water
PWO ON whey with 1 gatorade
meal 5 8oz baked turkey breast with multi grain pasta
meal 6 (if needed) 22 almonds

Hey you should drink, you don't want to be a 1 beer queer when your on vacation. Gotta get that tolerance back up, lol.

i can't wait until this honeymoon kicks off...beerfest diet in full effect brutha lol!!

i must say after a 1 month absence of any alcohol my tolerance was much lower. i am embarrassed to say that after 6 beers i felt a slight buzz...god i'm terrible

Hey man, on the other hand, if a six pack doesn't get you the least bit buzzed, you're drinking too much too often IMO!!

besides, it's cheaper this way. Good luck staying focused this week... let's save it all for the chips and dip and wings and pizza on Sunday.
