yesterday i got extremely lazy b/c i had to do a bunch of things after work....ended up not cooking and ordered chinese "the triple delight" (shrimp, beef, and chicken) with mixed veggies in a brown sauce....no rice. i asked what was in the sauce and they said a little sugar, soy sauce, and some spices and cornstarch. not great but i wouldn;t consider it a cheat meal as the portion was not that big. i would say cals were around 500. so i skipped my anpb before bed so i would keep my macros around the 2000 level
today's diet
meal 1 cottage cheese with pineapple
meal 2 2 cups of eggwhites
meal 3 baked chicken and 1 apple
meal 4 1 can of tuna
pwo 2 scoops of whey
meal 5 baked chicken and veggies.
meal 6 22 almonds
keeping this a low carb day as i have no training...just cardo for about 45 minutes. i think carbs should be under 60g but i'll plug into fitday to be sure.
