yesterday woke up...had some cottage cheese and pineapple...drank a little joe and hit the gym.
worked some abs...leg raises and rope crunches. then did 48 minutes on the treadmill 2.6 at 12% incline. was pretty impressed i stayed on that long
todays diet
meal 1 1/2 cup of cottage cheese w/pineapple
meal 2 1 1/2 cups of eggwhites
meal 3 4 meatballs (beef, pork, and veal)
meal 5 1 can of tuna
pwo muscle milk shake with 1 banana
meal 6 baked chicken and green beans
meal 7 2 tablespoons of anpb
