No willpower? I am 19. Goiing to school full time, working, dieting and lifting as much as I do takes a lot of willpower. I work my ass off and felt like getting drunk. If i REALLY didnt want to drink i wouldnt have.
 
if you took offense to what i said, then you must be feeling guilty for doing whatever you did...

no big deal though, but if you remember what you said the night before... "i hope i don't drink tonight..."

meaning to me, that you really didn't WANT to do it, but you just couldn't stop yourself...

just be smart, or you could end up living out your days in a chair, if you know what i mean...
 
thanks for that important lesson teddy ruxpin. hick, don't worry bout, do what you want. im with what sgt said. im not competing and my ultimate goal is about 1-2 yrs off. cheating imo, is essential when cutting and bulking or just eating healthy. i should have more cheat meals than i do, bc i kinda snapped this weekend. thats what happens after over 2 months of eating to strict diet. and by snapped, i mean i had 2 bad meals in the past 2 days, thats all.

• Height - 5'7-1/2"
• Weight - 151 lbs.
• BF - 14.7%

DIET:
• 8:30 a.m. - 4 egg whites + 1 whole egg, 1/2 grape fruit, 1 slice whole
grain (wheat free) bread, black coffee

• 10:30 a.m. - 4 oz. chicken breast + 1 cup broccoli

• 1 p.m. - 4 oz. chicken breast, large salad w/balsamic vinegar,
1/4 sweet potato

• 3 p.m. - 4 oz. chicken breast, 1 cup broccoli

• 5-7 p.m. - TRAINING

• 7:30 p.m. - 4 oz. chicken or fish, salad or broccoli

• 8:30 p.m. - BEDTIME!!!

SUPPLIMENTS: Multi-vitamin, glucosamine, fiber, FireLean, whey protien, calcium, vitamin C, Var (almost done with my cycle) and flaxseed oil +
1-1-1/2 gal of water a day.


TRINING SPLIT:
• Monday - Chest + 30 min. HIIT
• Tuesday - Back + 30 min. HIIT
• Wed. - Shoulders + 30 min. HIIT
• Thurs. - Legs + light cardio
• Friday - Bi's & Tri's + 30 min. HIIT
• Saturday - OFF
• Sunday - I hit anything that I didn't get a chance to do during the week +
30 min. HIIT.

***I also have a personal trainer training me two to three times a week on core training to lean me out for the show. So depending on if I have training during the week with my trainer that is when I pick up on Sunday what I didn't get to because of training.

Hick dont worry about it bro...dont forget YOU ARE 19. So you got drunk and did something stupid. Everyone makes mistakes like that especially when you are young. Thats how you learn in life. Dont beat yourself up just learn from it which its sounds like you have. Now when you're 30 and still going out and doing that shit, now thats a problem. LIVE YOUR LIFE...ya know what I mean. You will never get these years back. If you want to cheat every now and then, go ahead and do it. Your not competing, and your not getting paid to do this. I highly doubt any of us on here are. So have a life, its healthy. This shouldn't be the only thing going on in your life, THAT would be truly unhealthy. And realistically living your life to that extent, Yeah maybe you have a great body but guess what you sleeping alone because you didn't take the time to get to know anyone. Fitness is just a hobby of mine. I have a great life outside of the gym. Great girl, great job, great group of friends. I go out and cheat on the diet a little and it keeps me sane. Sorry im ranting. Having willpower is saying I want to eat this but i know i cant but you know what i wont have it now i will save this for a later time. Depriving yourself at one time and then allowing yourself a reward later is good.
 
just because someone is young, doesn't mean they have to go out and act a fool... there are far better things to do as a young man than going out getting drunk and getting knocked out cold...

i would imagine that no more than 5% of the people on this site, are competeing or even plan on it... i spend about 5 hours a week in the gym, as a release from the stresses of my daily life, (55 hours of work, and my 2 year old son)... i guess i let myself go crazy on Sunday as well, and have some pizza... i'm just a crazy old man... :fro:
 
Milf great job. Your waist and back seem to be your biggest improvements. Much leaner and your back has much more defenition and size. Keep up the good work!

Well back to traiing today. I have tris and might throw in a couple other little exercises for shits and giggles. Maybe a good 30 min walk/jog. This black eye that i have is the pussiest black eye ever. It just looks like I have mascara on one eye. Oh well. Might do some ice fishing as well tonight.
