O.K. I'll join in...preping for a figure comp so here are my stats as of 4-1/2 weeks ago...two weeks from posting new stats and pics (8 weeks out).
• Height - 5'7-1/2"
• Weight - 151 lbs.
• BF - 14.7%
DIET:
• 8:30 a.m. - 4 egg whites + 1 whole egg, 1/2 grape fruit, 1 slice whole
grain (wheat free) bread, black coffee
• 10:30 a.m. - 4 oz. chicken breast + 1 cup broccoli
• 1 p.m. - 4 oz. chicken breast, large salad w/balsamic vinegar,
1/4 sweet potato
• 3 p.m. - 4 oz. chicken breast, 1 cup broccoli
• 5-7 p.m. - TRAINING
• 7:30 p.m. - 4 oz. chicken or fish, salad or broccoli
• 8:30 p.m. - BEDTIME!!!
SUPPLIMENTS: Multi-vitamin, glucosamine, fiber, FireLean, whey protien, calcium, vitamin C, Var (almost done with my cycle) and flaxseed oil +
1-1-1/2 gal of water a day.
TRINING SPLIT:
• Monday - Chest + 30 min. HIIT
• Tuesday - Back + 30 min. HIIT
• Wed. - Shoulders + 30 min. HIIT
• Thurs. - Legs + light cardio
• Friday - Bi's & Tri's + 30 min. HIIT
• Saturday - OFF
• Sunday - I hit anything that I didn't get a chance to do during the week +
30 min. HIIT.
***I also have a personal trainer training me two to three times a week on core training to lean me out for the show. So depending on if I have training during the week with my trainer that is when I pick up on Sunday what I didn't get to because of training.
