deep as in ass to heel and knees to chest, respectively.

Leg day looks like this;

• Stair climbing w/35lb. plates in each hand
• Deep leg press...also work my calves after each set of presses
• Wall squats
• Deep squats (ass to heel)...and yes I feel them in my glutes!!!
• Quad raises
• Hamstring curls
• Walking lunges with 25lb. plates in ea. hand
• Inner/Outer thigh press

Takes about 1-1/2hrs. and I finish it up with lighter cardio for 30 min.
