Well, PT didn't go well today...dunno if it was the weather this weekend or not - very rainy, chilly, damp, etc..........but I go into PT with a +5 lag (bend) in my knee.......0 degrees is straight - I need to be consistent & go in at 0 degrees....got 116 degree bend however, which hurt....a lot.

Took a LOT of manipulation to get me to 0 and even more to get me to -2 (hyperextension). They increased the weight on my prone hang (the face down leg off the table thing). Although I only had to do it for 10 mins this time - the pain was incredible.....and I'm having pain in the left side (my view looking down) of my knee internally - may possibly be in the meniscus area or where the screw he used is - I dunno but it's sharp & comes & goes.....

Managed to get some leg extensions in with 5 whole pounds of weight!! Also, not using a complete range of motion with them....Did them also - lower leg only with my knee on a ball and weight wrapped around my ankle...Stim got racked up to HIGH again today.....

Edit: Actually got double stim today as I can't seem to fire my quads good enough yet to be able to do leg extensions with my leg completely straight....knee keeps bending on them...

I see Dr. Axe Wed. afternoon so I'm hoping I can be off the crutches, into the Donjoy & maybe be able to WALK unaided. *keeping fingers crossed*

That sounds great :) Crutches can be a drag esp when it comes to those stairs but I got faith you can do it! You seem like a very strong willed and determined person so more power to ya! ;)

Hang in there girl, it will get better!!! :)

I have screws in my left knee from my ski accident(tore ACL). It took a long time to fully straighten and flex it back. When its cold and rainy it gets achey.
