The iso-kinetic thing is: They sit me in a chair hooked up to a robotic-arm thing that my ankle is strapped into.....this is all hooked up to a computer.....I kick into the arm of the machine (I'm sitting as if I was doing a leg extension with my leg in the "out" position a bit - say 45-60 degrees) as hard as I can and the computer reads how hard I'm kicking which registers onto the computer screen as a bar reading up to a level of 100.....I hit the 50 mark Mon & 65 yesterday....I think when I get to 80 I'm off crutches & out of the immobilizer....
