Just wanted to say that I only started EF few weeks back, but I read your countdown to comp log and it was pretty impressive... so I just wanted to say hang in there and I am sure you'll get that knee back as quick as possible I went through the same thing my junior year in basketball so I am rootin ya along!!!

Whoo Hoo!! Noel (senior PT) worked on me today - Marty (my usual PT) apparantly was told he wasn't working me hard enough.....welllllll today made up for it!! Whew!!
Got: 115 degrees flex, lacking 1 degree straight, 1 degree hyperextension with help AND 5 mins of pedalling FORWARD on the stationary bike....
Also did the usual: straight leg raises (no weight this time due to lag), leg "extensions" (knee on a ball, weight on anke - lift foot) and stim - which I was able to increase as I was able to kick 65 out of 100 - Monday was 50 out of 100........
HOWEVER today they had a new torture for me - they had me lie flat on a table with my knee down off the table & they put a 5lb weight on my ankle & I had to lay there like that for 10 mins.......OWWWWWWWW!!!!!
So now I'm home....hanging about....hoping to get some sleep tonite cuz I literally got NO sleep last nite....
