Training-wise, I'm bored again....LOL So going to try a new program.....

I have another burst test scheduled for next Wednesday - so we'll see if the leg is any stronger....it cracks like crazy.....

Probably not then, but I can make my own. I have frozen 100% pineapple chunks from Trader Joes so I should look into mixing it into some cottage cheese one of these days...sounds like a yummy combo!
