Ohhh come on sure it was :lmao: I see. Well hopefully soon enough. How's your knee been, and your arm?!? Haven't been posting much about that stuff.. Just curious:)

Arm is ok off & on.......started doing wrist curls, so that helps......

As for the leg - had a burst test again today and both legs are stronger & I'm using 97% or so of each quad muscles.....however since my left leg got stronger & my right leg also got stronger, but not as much, the % difference between the two is much greater.....My right leg is still basically about 80% as strong as my left even tho I'm overall improved......I don't understand the note she gave me to give to my orthopedist, so I can't really fully explain today's results - but it does say "Still not cleared Return to Sport criteria."

I have full ROM and no swelling which is good.....she thinks the numbness is a circulation problem & not a knee problem.....

Thus, due to that low % - I'm NOT cleared to go skiing - can't ski till I'm at least 90%......and since my leg is still seemingly so much weaker and so slow to recover, I'm not sure about doing a show this season.....

I don't know about not doing a show, maybe it will help you get back to some level of commitment to 'something' ... not that you aren't, but maybe the focus will help?? I figure doing a show is not about strength or how much you can lift. Im thinking your legs will be just fine when you lean out, and heck if they are kinda on the thin side, isn't that the 'look' this time around? Who knows. I doubt thre will be any noticable difference ... You have time (if you haven't already) to build a solid upper body Im sure would be flattering to your lower to give you another fantasitc figure on show day.

$.02 give it to the bum on the corner if ya want ;)

Well I'm thinking the upper body is looking pretty good at this point.....as for the legs - well thinner would be OK with me but the loose skin is something else....bleh!
