I didn't get the Escape.......going to shop around a bit & call Ford Credit to see what they have to say....the payment they quoted me was what I have now on my Explorer for a lesser car..... :rolleyes:

Thinking of going as maybe it won't be crowded since football is coming on.....

Nautilus Lower back machine: 110lbs - 3x10
Assisted pullups: 70% - 3x10
Bent over BB row w/EZ bar: 30lbs added - 1x10; 35lbs added - 2x10
Seated Bent-over lateral raises: 17.5lb Dbs - 1x12, 2x10
Shrugs: Warmup set - 45lb DBs - 1x15; 50lb Dbs - 3x10
1-arm DB rows: 30lb DB - 3x10*
*each arm
Straight Arm pullovers on cable rack: 40lbs - 1x10; 50lbs - 2x6
Seated Cable Rows w/V-bar (palms facing): 75lbs - 3x10

2:15pm - 1 cap each Glutamine & Arginine/Ornithine + 1/2 scoop Tropical punch PP & 1 scoop RecoverX

Quesadillas: 3.5 oz. leftover steak + 2 TJs LC tortillas + 2 tblsp. taco sauce + chopped cooked bell peppers + 1 slice FF cheese
1 Sam Smith Winter Welcome beer (12 oz bottle)

Few TJs Garlic fries

2 Levorex + 2 Sesamax

8:15pm
1 Turkey burger + dijon mustard + 1 stacker pickle slice
1 spoonful of the cottage cheese that wouldn't fit in my container for tomorrow

Multi + Vits B & C + Scrip

9:20pm
2 tblsp. ANPB
