Wake @ 8am: 2 cardio breezes
8:30am: 1 hour cardio
9:30 post work out shake w/ 2 thermos
11:30 : 5 whites 1/3 cup of oats
1:30 grilled chick salad w/ fat free rasp. ving
4:30pm: 4 oz chick w/ asparagus, yam
5pm: back & shoulders
6:30pm: protein shake w/ cauliflower & string bean salad & 4 oz yam
8:30: chick & string bean salad
9:30pm : Sleep... woke up at 11pm and couldnt go back to sleep until 2am

2:30pm: grilled chick salad
4pm: biceps and triceps (shitty workout not enough calories by this point)
5:30pm: Shake w/ 4oz yam
7:30pm: fish
