Ischia's Log 2006

Okay real quick review of the last two days...

Yesterday: 1 hour cardio in the morning on empty stomach.

Clean eats all day.. however very shitty shitty chest workout..

today: OFF DAY.. COMPLETELY NOT EVEN CARDIO :worried:

Clean eats all day:

meal 1: egg white omlette w/ veggies & 1 slice of rye bread w/ sf jelly
2 thermorexins & 2 Cardio Breezes

**Cleaned out my work's storage unit so I moved around alot of heavy boxes...1 hour workout kind of... ;)

meal 2: Grilled chick salad w/ ff rasp. ving w/ 2 thermorexin

meal 3: 1tbspn almond butter w/ protein shake

meal 4: 1 slice of wheat bread w/ 3 slices of turkey bacon & 2 thermorexin :p weird combo but tasty..

meal 5: chick & broccoli w/ soy sauce . holy bloatedness :worried:

Done eating for today.. I feel bloated from the soy sauce :rolleyes:

Okay all... tomorrow will be cardio and then a fast pace leg workout :verygood:

Down 6 lbs from 3 weeks ago so losing 2lbs a week so far.. hopefully I would have lost another 2lbs by this weekend.. fingers are crossed.

Hi all!!!!

Just flew back in from Colorado... I trained all 4 days I was there and ate clena :qt: ... I packed my grilled chicken, steamed veggies, and yams in my cooler and was able to get a refigerator in my room...

The gym at the hotel was decent, but I had to improvise alot :rolleyes:

Anyhow, here is the game plan for today:

Woke today @ 12:30pm
1pm meal one: 4 whites, 1 yolk, 1/3 cup of oatmeal
3:30pm meal two: 4 oz grilled chick w/ 4 oz yam & 1 tsp almond butter :p
**Currently checking emails and catching up on paper work**
5:30pm meal three: same as meal two
6:15pm: 1 hour cardio & chest & abs
8pm: post work out shake 2 scoops of pp & 1 cup of straw & blueberries

Feeling great have lost 10 lbs in the past 4 weeks ;) ...

Congrats on both of these accomplishments!! ;) Traveling and staying on a program can be a very challenging thing - great job. :qt:

Thanks Ice Princess & Thanks Sassy.. and guess what I forgot to mention that one of my colleagues was a competing body builder. I found that very interesting, however she stopped competing like 3 or 4 years ago, she still looks great, very lean, I told her she should consider figure, she would probably need to diet for only 4 weeks b/c of how lean she is... how cool is that??

Anyhow, this morning I was exhausted and did not execute cardio on an empty stomach... rather I ate then did 35 mins of cardio and then trained chest... feeling shitty and tired today, I think the traveling caught up to me :worried:

I am going to my cousin's house tonight b/c tomorrow is his little girl's 1st b-day :qt: ... gotta go.. need to buy a gift and pack my meals :p

Feb 27th:

Wake 5:45AM: 2 Cardio Breezes
6:15am: 30 min cardio on empty stomach (didnt have time to do a full hour)
7:00am: Shake
9:00am: Board Meeting & meal 2: 5 whites 1 yolk & 1/4 cup of oatmeal
11:00am: Grilled chick w/ broccoli & 1 tsp almond butter (2 Thermos)
2:00pm: same as meal 3
3:30pm: same as meal 4 (2 Thermos)
4:00pm: chest & 20 mins of cardio
6:00pm: Shake
8:00pm: Chick w/ broccoli & 1 tsp almond butter

10:00pm: SLEEP

Feb 28th: Carb Cycle

wake @ 5:45 am (2 cardio breezes)
6:00am: Cardio on treadmill = 30 mins treadmill & 30 mins eliptical
7:15 am: Post work out shake & 2 thermos
10am: 5 whites, 1 yolk & 1/4 cup of oatmeal
1pm meal 3: 4 oz chick w/ broccoli & avocado
4pm meal 4: same as meal 3
5:30pm: back/shoulders and abs
6:45pm: post work out shake
7:15pm: Tanning
9pm: chick w/almond butter
10pm: Sleep

March 1st:
wake: 5:45am 2 cardio breezes
6:15am: cardio 30 mins eliptical & 20 mins on dreadmill
7:10am: post work out shake & 2 thermos
9:30am: another board meeting & meal 2: 5 whites 1 yolk and 1/4 oatmeal
1:00pm: HUGE GRILLED CHICK SALAD w/ 2 tbspns of balsamic vinger & oil :p
4:00pm: grilled chick/broccoli & 1tsp almond butter :p
5pm: biceps and triceps & 10 mins of cardio
6:30pm: post workout shake
8pm: I gave into carbs !!!! 1 med. green apple w/ 2 tbspns of almond butter (was not suppose to have that this late)... :worried: oh well...

atleast I feel better :verygood:

10:30pm: Good Night :verygood:
 
March 2nd 2006

Wake 5:45am: Was getting ready to go to the gym but too exhausted so I decided to go back to sleep.. didnt wake up again until 10 am :worried: .. I guess the body really needed the recovery..

anyhow here we go:

10:15pm: 2 Thermos & 2 Cardio Breezes
10:30am: meal 1: 5 whites 1 yolk, 1/3 cup of oats
1:30pm meal 2: large grilled chick salad w/ rasp. ving.
4:00pm: 30 mins cardio then weight train chest & abs then finished w/ 30 mins of cardio
6:00pm: Post work out shake
8:30 pm: 1 tsp almond butter 4 oz salmon and 1 cup of escarole :p
10pm: SLEEP...(hopefully I wont wake up in the middle of the night hungry but for some reason I doubt that).. :worried:

March 3rd

Wake: 5:30am 2 cardio breezes w/ 1 large glass of water
6:00am: cardio on empty stomach 45 on eliptical & 20 mins on dreadmill = 600 calories burned

meal 1 7:30am: post workout shake 2 scoops pp w/ 1/2 cup of straw & blueberries
meal 2 9:45am: 6 whites 1 yolk & 1/3 cup of oatmeal w/ splenda :p
snack 10:30: I gutted out a wheat bagel and ate it... I figured since I am suppose to carb up today... what the hell... it was gooooooooodd :p
meal 3 @ 1pm: grilled chick w/ 1 cup of broccoli & some hot sauce
meal 4 3 @ pm: 1/2 cup of cottage cheese w/ 1 scoop of pp
Weight Training Session: LEGS... aaaaaaaahhhhhhhh.. I can not walk.. lol
meal 5 @ 7pm: post work out shake w/ 1 cup of japanese seasweed salad.. (Holy Sodium.. now I will blow up like a balloon tomorrow).. . :worried:
meal 6: 3 oz avocado w/ 4 oz salmon & 5 oz sweet potato
*** I over ate today and carbed up completely which means I will have to decarb again tomorrow... **** I was starving all day.. dont know what happened but I listened to my body, hope I did the right thing.. .

Wake @ 10:30am.. skipped out on morning cardio, my leg workout yesterday was soooooooo intense that other parts of my body were feeling sore.. (like my back,shoulders and triceps... wTf???)... :rolleyes:

Meal 1: 2 (Thermorexins) 1/2 cup of granola (totally shouldnt have but its Saturday :p ) 4 whites, 1 yolk

meal 2: chick & avocado

**decided to go to the gym around 2:30pm and did 40 mins on eliptical and burned about 420 calories then I did some bull sh*t ab work**

meal 3: post work out shake only 1.5 scoops of pp w/ straw & bb

meal 4: 4 oz chick w/ 3 oz of avocado.. :p

meal 5:????? Going out tonight with the girls so will have to pick up a grilled chick salad or something @ dinner ;)

By the way after yesterday's overeating... the scale still didnt budge... ;) thank goodnesssssssssssssssssss

11:30 : 5 whites 1/3 cup of oats
1:30 grilled chick salad w/ fat free rasp. ving
4:30pm: 4 oz chick w/ asparagus, yam
5pm: back & shoulders
6:30pm: protein shake w/ cauliflower & string bean salad & 4 oz yam :p
8:30: chick & string bean salad
9:30pm : Sleep... woke up at 11pm and couldnt go back to sleep until 2am

3/8/06

wake @ 9am 2 cardio breezes
9:30 : 45 mins of cardio
10:30am: protein shake w/ 2 thermos.
11:30am: 5 whites, 1 yolk & 1/3 cup of oatmeal
