Back from Philly!!!!
Brought all my meals with me and ate clean the whole time there
Wed: 1 hour cardio trained Legs and left for Philly the same day
Thurs: Woke up at 5:30 am and did my morning cardio in the hotel gym for 1 hour however I was unable to get back into the gym to train biceps & triceps as planned..
Fri: woke up 5:45 and completed a 40 min cardio session was so exhausted from the long day of meetings and running around that I took another off day from training....came home the same night!!
Sat: 1 hour cardio: 5 miles on treadmill
meal1: post work out shake
trained: biceps and triceps & lower abs finished w/ 15 min cardio session
meal 2: 5 whites 1 whole & 1/3 cup of oatmeal
meal 3: 4 oz grilled chick w/ 1/4 yam & 1 cup of broccoli
meal 4: same as 3
meal 5: shake
meal 6: i cheated a little and gave into 10 pcs of frosted mini wheats ...lol..didnt feel too bad since I ate clean all week
Sun: Woke up to a sh*t load of snow !!
Meal 1: 5 whites 1 whole & 1/3 cup of oatmeal
went out side and shoveled my drive way and dug out my car.. was out there for 2 hours... Made sure I squeezed all the muscles with every heep of snow ...
meal 2: shake
meal 3: grilled chick salad w/ 4 oz yam
meal 4: chick soup w/ string bean salad
meal 5: ground beef w/ string bean salad
meal 6: same as meal 5
Going to bed early tonight to get a fresh start on the week!!!.. Need to keep dropping... the morning cardio is finally kicking in!!!
