yeah, nagging pain is just part of the price you pay, This is not a healthy sport, it's a vanity sport. Better to look good and hurt than look weak and feel great. As for BF %, the measurment system is not accurate. Basically if you have very well defined abs you're at 10% if you have visable abs (without flexing) you're at about 13% if wou can almost see them popping out but not quite see the definition you're at about 15%. BF% is only accurate with under water weighing. Bro, my advice is fuck the clicking sound in your knees and forget about all that bullshit with hyper extending and fucking squat. You will not grow without squating period (IMO). Show me someone that doesn't squat and I'll show you 9 times out of 10 somebody that says they can't because of bad knees. The real reason people don't squat is the same reason I hate squating. It hurts like hell and makes you feel like you're going to puke. But you gotta do it bro, fight through the pain and I'll bet your knee joints tighten up and I can guarantee you'll grow.
