sat-legs

sorry bout the 3 posts guys.

My schedule is very similiar..........You just have to listen to your body. If you aren't making size and strength gains then your are probably overtraining. But with the proper diet and rest you should be fine.

the only person who can answer whut works best for your body is u...if ur feeling fatigued it means u need to cut back on lifting or ups the cals...more is not always better...intensity is the key

stats are 6'1", 215 lbs, ~20%bf (just guessing), and 24 yrs old. goals are to get shredded while added lean muscle mass. Thanks for the advice guys. I may rest on wed and just do legs once a week on sat.

Sounds like you should have waited on using aas until you got your bodyfat lower. I will not run a cycle with a bodyfat % over 10% but that's just me.

hey bro
its not the amount of times you go to the gym nor the amount of time your there that indicates a goodworkout or schedule....i made great gains, myself, going 3 times a week and going 3 at most 4 exercises all based around the core 3 exercises with low rep 5 max....its all about what you do while your in there, dont socialize put the headphones in your ears and no one will bother you hit it hard and get out.....

I agree, although I am at the gym 5 days a week, I am rarely there more than 45min. to an hour.
