The HIIT is 40 minutes of intervals and sometimes I switch it up to a steady state for 40 minutes. HIIT is only done for conditioning purposes. The workouts is a 5x5 program. The boxing is 5x a week for 2 hours and it's mostly just work on skill and technique, not alot of calorie burning.
Is this good? My main goal is to gain weight. But another question, how much food should I be eating (calories, P/C/F)??
