On September 14th, I was calipered. It was a 3 point, 3 measurements each point caliper. I was 22.4% bodyfat. My results were:
141 lbs *22.4% = 31.6 lbs
141-31.6 = 109.4 lbs LBM
Right Tri: 14
Superiliac: 12
Quad: 25
Today, almost one month later, I was calipered again. Same trainer, same time of day, same breakfast, etc. I am now 20.2% body fat. (YAY ME!) My results are
146 lbs * 20.2% = 29.49 lbs
146 - 29.49 = 116.51 lbs LBM
Right Tri: 12
Superiliac: 11
Quad: 22
So, I have lost 2.11 lbs of fat, but gained 7.11 lbs of LBM? Is that possible in a MONTH?
And by the way, I am SO PSYCHED that I am down to 20% bodyfat! But I'm really gettin' bummed that my weight is not dropping. I want to be 120ish and 15%. Not 15% and 150.
