Ok, today I took 30 minutes to do my weight routine. I did lunges, squats, deadlifts, plie squats and kickbacks. All of those i did 4x10. Then I finished with abs, but I only did regular crunch. And in 30 minutes I was done.
Does it sounds right? Should this routine take longer?
Any ideas?
