Thanks B&I and OMEGA! My body is so TIRED! I'm not in the freaking National Guard and there isn't a flood.......so why the hell did I spend all day yesterday with a shovel in one hand and a bag in the other filling sandbags :( ! Hum........... I think I may do what you said Omega, push ups, crunches, pull ups and dips for my upper body, but I live for leg day. Gotta SQUAT! I think I'll just save that for the weekend when I'm rested.

Why is it so freaking hard for me to just take time off? I think I'm OBSESSED, hehe I think we're ALL obsessed here on Elite. That's why I love y'all.

Thanks for all the info..........I can take a break, my muscles will not atrophy..........I can take a break, my muscles will not atrophy.........I think I can, I think I can!

LOVE Y'ALL

Your welcome............

the running , crinch and pushup thing will be good for you....you might be suprised at how good you will feel and look.

also the greatest advantage if you choose to run outside.....is the positive effect it will have your state of mind.........for me it is like a spiritual awakening.....everytime....

:)

I think the whole push up thing will be good, too. I've taken the last week and a half off from training for a couple of reasons. One was because DNP just won't allow you to train. The second is that I want to rest up and recover everything before I begin growing again(I've been dieting for the last couple of months). Well, the other day I did some crunches and push-ups and some various other bodyweight, at home exercises and I felt great. I actually felt like I had done a real workout. All in all, something is better than nothing, right?
