Mixed feelings here too... tried a bunch of different brands of creatine mono... they KILLED my stomach and had headaches all the time.... felt like I spent more time in the bathroom than the gym sometimes! Took a few years off, and wouldn't you know, started AAS, and now I've just started PCT and using creatine first time since then... finishing off the Trac and Kre-AlkalynR that I have (still doin' a number on my stomach).... when I'm done I'm gonna switch over to the PureCee I just got and I'll see what the difference is.... overall, I do get an increase in size (usually mostly bloat)... undecided on the effect it has on strength gains though

It works no question. It won't make you superman, but it will add a rep or two here and there. Probably the only supplement that actually works and is legal. Gives me the runs at times, gonna try CEE heard good things about it.

I've used Creatine Monohydrate on and off for about 18 months. It always boosts my strength within a few days and increases my gym drive and endurance. Sadly, the past couple of times I've noticed the bloat and not enjoyed it. I've ordered some CEE which should be here this week and which I'm looking forward to trying. I'm definitely a 'responder'.

Just an update on the CEE. Over the first few days of taking it I got the extra energy I expect from creatine - that feeling of readiness to get back into another set. No real surge in strength, though.

I then got a cold and had a fairly cruddy week at the gym, even missing a day. Ho hum.

I like Creatine EE, especially the Six Star brand. I tried it since it was pretty inexpensive and was surprised to find that I had put on noticeable size in alittle over a week. The main thing is that I didn't have the runs all day as I did with Monohydrate unless I literally drank water constantly ALL day with mediocre results. Monohydrate works, but no NEARLY as well for me as did CEE. -Jay

I used to be a "critic" of monohydrate, but since CEE qualtiy issues have been ironed out, a huge difference in strength. Again, quality is an issue here.

I have had great results not once but twice with CVM Extreme by Serious Nutrion Solutions. Not pimping it, just a fact. Have used others in between, like higher priced San that was touted as the be all end all of creatine.

CVS delivered both times I used it, and within days of use also.
