Not sure if the other thread worked, so I am posting it OMT. Apologies in advance if my stuff goes up twice again.

where is the

HELL NO!!

option on the poll??

I love creatine. Unfortunately, I can no longer use it due to the adverse effects it has with my medicine, Mobic, for back. Its gonna suck but I can not lift being in that kind of pain. But if it were not for that, I would definitly still be using it.

I went and read the patent office application for the creatine serum outfit .. the theory was that the creatine degraded in acid environment but it took x amount of time to degrade it wasn't instantaneous . However during this time the solution was very well soluble with the creatine in it . As i recall they then suggested it appropriate to add somthing arather triphosphate which bonded with the creatine (in a phosphate bond i suppose) either way the soltion waas then buffered back to neutral and the very soluble creatine solution (serum) was the result .

When i mix my creatine now i dd to it Apple cider vinegar and god forbid bealieve it or not i also use Coca Cola LOL .. you might laugh about the Coca Cola haha mee too but i also have my reasons .
The vinegar is weakly acidic and very good for stimulating digestion .

I'ma gonna go over this thread again & try some of these things.
I tried Creatine Mono several different ways & didn't get anything from it. Tried something called NOZ, with creatine Malate & didn't notice anything. I'll try the NOZ with Var & see how that works.

Creatine has always worked for me. Although mostly in pumps and strength gains by itself, I believe that it needs to be stacked with a proper dose of protein and nitric oxide in order to grow from all angles, not just the strengh side.

I have always benefitted from monohydrate with minimal bloating, but I can only imagine how I will respond to CEE. Can't wait to finish my current micronized Creatine/Glutamine blend in order to start on CEE. Might stick to the BSN brand and get Cellmass, a complex blend of CEE/Glutamine and other muscle volumizing nutrients in one small dose.

CEE stands for Creatine Ethyl Ester. basically creatine monohydrate with an ester attached, which increases the absorption of the creatine making it more potent. effective doseages should be lower and you shouldnt see any bloat.

I don't understand how if creatine didn't bloat you how it would work? Doesn't it work from making u retain water in ur muscles so that you can lift more TEMPORARILY so you can gain muscle from the increased weights?

For me, creatine doesn't really work much. I've tried that Cell Tech, which is shit, and all the other brands except this CEE stuff but I notice no difference at all between brand x and brand y. I've also not noticed any difference in what time I take it. I just take it with water, taking it with grape juice did no more benefit. All it does for me is make me gain 2-3 pounds and put up an extra 5 pounds on my bench. These guys who say it adds 2-3 reps...fuckin wow. U guys are lucky. I think bottom line is some people respond alot better than others, I know some people who don't respond at all.
