cee is good , phaded... why do you have the pic i posted on igf on your avatar? better take that off prick lol jk im sure she doesnt care

Monohydrate seemed to work okay but left me with a constantly churning stomach due to poor absorbtion (beano did nothing for it). I now use CEE and notice a difference in muscles feeling fuller even with little working out. Wedding ring even stays on the finger better when on it. Plus...no smelling like I ate shit samiches. Both work...but minimal negatives with ethyl ester.

When I first found I was diabetic I dropped weight like a bad habit. I started hitting the gym more often trying to regain my size then a few weeks later E.A.S. released it's brand of Creatine Monohydrate better known as Phosphagen (spl). I took the recommended dose for a six week run along with my Insulin shots and jumped from 165 lbs. to 238 lbs. It definitely will work if you take it as described and works even better if you add in about 10 units (10th of a cc) of insulin but make sure you keep a high carb drink in hand for the next 45-60 minutes after the shot. Keep in mind insulin will put you in for a permanant dirt nap if you over do it so I do not recommend it to anyone that is not sure of what they are doing.

There are so many creatine products out there. Have to get through all the marketing BS to find one that works well. I've used the Trac creatine for the last 3 months and haven't had any problems. Okay result. Going to try the V12 turbo sometime in January.

mac i tried both trac and v12 about the same ok results. i have better resutls when i take preigniter (no x, sup 250) that has creatine in it as well. then a post shake with any type of creatine in it, at a normal dose.

Most people disreguard the fact that ATP is the what our cells run on! Creatine is VERY worth especially during a cycle because without good amounts of ATP your cells WILL not take advantage of your hard earned money!....(Steroids) Cells will not function without ATP. Try doing 8 sets of 8 with 15 seconds rest at the gym. Ever wonder why you body just shuts down and just wont fuckin move no matter how hard you try??? Its because you are using up more ATP than your body can keep up with. By the way Effervesent creatine is the ONLY creatine worth it because that monohydrate shit is the wrong ph to dissolve in your intestine....hence the ability to fart at the drop of a hat and the extreme bloated feeling....sure you'll put on 8 lbs in a week but I'd rather not look like a marshmellow ;)

Dont fight the facts

J

Fact: Creatine Mono has never made me bloated or gassy. You lose, good day sir.
