K kjluvi New member Mar 19, 2003 #1 Normally, I am able to do 12-8-6@80 lb Military SHoulder Presses. This morning, on the other hand, I was completly tapped out after 12 Presses@40 lbs. Could I be injured? Might it be overtraining? Not enough rest? I did my last 12-8-6@80 Set on Saturday.

Boss101 New member Mar 19, 2003 #2 I don't think its an injury you would feel pain. Its probably either overtraining/diet/rest.
