good luck harmonic thats a lot too lose just dont get on the scale it gets depressing.

The good news is that I started my diet at 285lbs, and I"m currently at 230lbs. So I have already lost almost 60lbs.. Only 30 more lbs to go baby.. I can't wait to share my before and after pics.
