Ohnestly, I have competed in the past in NPC figure. My first and only compition I placed third and that was a year ago. I used to go to all the competitions because I wanted to win the first time. I might compete again but I dont know when. Its not a priority to compete. I'm not really interestred in going pro. I used to want to go PRO but I kind of realize that the rewards for competing as a pro in figure are not really worth my while. I have different goals in life but I might compete again for fun one of these days.

I'm 5'8" tall, 135lbs, dont know my bodyfat% now but 2 years ago it was 14% I was'nt showing abs at the time.
 
PG - I want to check out the pics, but I do not have platinum - I want to show them to my gf to see what she needs to strive for -:) Do you have them posted anywhere else?

PG - you look great. Hey, my gf has a very simiar body time and we are still trying to get her diet dialed in for the upcoming show in Apr 2004. What works for you as a cutting cycle - low fat/high carb or low carb/high fat? How much cardio did you do when preparing for the NPC?

My diet is strict all the time.

Morning, I eat 6 to 8 strawberries and 3 egg whites with lean sliced smoked turkey (Black Bear)

Lunch I eat a Salad with grilled chicken

After my weight training I drink a Protein Drink (Glycerlean time release whey Protein)

Later I eat more Strawberries and more egg whites or grilled chicken or grilled Chilean Seabass


I weight train 5 days a week and do cardio 5 sometimes 6 days a week.


When I weight train I do:

Monday: Shoulders
Tuesday: Back and biceps, Abs
Wednesday: chest and Triceps
Thurdays:Shoulders
Friday: Legs(Squats,Jump Squats, Walking Lunges,Stiffleg dead lifts), Abs

For Cardio. I do an Hour and a half on the stepmill(its like a moving staircase)

I dont like the treadmill. If I jog its on a track.

90 min on the stepmill - would make me sob.
