Lets say there would be a way tpo gain muscle, nothing much but still some, while cutting. How do you think that diet would look like. Imagine gear would be involved in this.
I'm shooting for this and this is what I beleeve will work, do you.?
BW, 208lb, shooting for 190 rock hard.
Protein about 350g per day
Cars ow GI all da except after workout.
Most of the cars coinsumed after the wokrout.
Thermorexin as supplieent and liporexin.
I would work out the bodypart I would like to prioritate on the friday, and on saturday morning I would start the cheat day. I would that day eat whaever I liked and how much I liked(I've done this before off gear and cae down rockhard with one cheat day per week and ate about 10000-12000cals that day).
That day would shoot up for muscle growth, I hope, as I'm also on gear.
what do you say, possible?
