i saw that picture and i was much leaner than that guy you could see my bones from my skin. so if i stop lifting and eating well (i have been force eating for more than 6 years now ) will i go back to %10 naturally and look muscular like that guy ? even if i lose half of my muscle it must still be enough for 6 packs and some definition.

thats almost like me before cycle but i gained 60 lbs in 4 years i wont eat too little i just wont forcefeed myself. and i dont think i will lose all of my muscle at least i will have some protein. i am just curious how i will look without all of these efford

what i mean is after lifting many years and maturing muscles if an ecto stops lifting because of his genetics he will go back to lean but he wont lose all of his muscles. so will he still look very fit and muscular afterwards. i ask it because i saw a guy with 6 packs and very fit and he said he didnt lift for many years

one of my friends from Palestine he use to be a personal trainer in Jordan and his only cycles he took was GH dball and test I believe it was test suspension since he said u only need it for 4 weeks and that it was the purist 100% testosterone brand which didnt make sense to me since I had no idea that suspention existed till I researched it
and he was like 6 foot 160 ish and was ripped with crazy bicep and veins everywhere even after not lifting for years...he was a heavy smoker too...ppl that knew him for years said that he was huge and everybody calls him abu-dera which means mr.arms

when you workout you rip up the muscle fibers and shuttle in nutrients/blood/etc into the muscle .. if you stop working out you don't get that anymore. you would lose muscle pretty quickly. if i stop working out even for 10 days i will lose a lot of conditioning and will be sore when i come back. but keep in mind i am at a very advanced level

yah he use to go to the DR all the time and he said that the DR said that there was something wrong with his veins
that guy was bad ass there was once a billionaire saudi student that kept abusing xnax and borrowing ppls cars wrecking them and getting them towed...the kid was out of control...so his uncles came from saudi arabia to get him back to saudi arabia...so my Palestinian ripped friend gose up to them explaining to his uncles the situation than takes the money to give it to the car owners than he turns to the saudi kid...slaps him with his finger tips in front his uncles and tells him that if it was some body else that done it he would have khabat ala wajho which means started smashing him in the face....than he tapes him in the back and tells him not to get mad and that he was like his older brother
that guy is bad ass...we worked together and it was fun
