So, I had a FAT moment last night. I got really down about a lot of things. The biggest thing was that I am so frustrated, being out here and not being allowed to have the perfect fat loss diet or the perfect "two a day" workouts! I shared my frustration with my wonderful husband, which helped a little, butI am still having some issues with not being happy with the progress I HAVE made...I will get through it though and come out a better person on the other side.
Well, with what you have to work with, you're doing the best you possibly can! You'll be home before you know it and then you'll have ALL the resources you need to feel fulfilled in what you're trying to accomplish. You're doing great, IP! Keep your chin up, Sweetie!

High carb day went better then the past four days have gone, but I still didn't get my carbs or cals as high as I wanted to!

- 2 fat burners (7:00 AM)
10:15 AM
1 sm granny smith apple

2 whole eggs - 2 fat burners (12:00 PM)
12:15 PM – GYM
All 3 sets were done for 12 reps each
Squat: 65/85/120
Incline: 55/55/60
Lat Pull-Down: 65/75/80(with assistance on 2.5)
1:15 PM
PWO Shake (1 scoop) mixed with water and Gatorade
2:00 PM
3 oz grilled chicken breast
½ cup noodles
¼ cup spaghetti sauce
¼ cup red onion - 1 sesapure
8:00 PM
3 oz grilled chicken breast
1 slice swiss cheese
½ cup potato salad
2 white macadamia nut cookies
1/5 cup onions - 2 sesapure
- 2 ZMA
- 2 sprays of oxycalm
*6 liters of water
*1 liter of Green Tea
