Scheduled day off from the Gym
8:15 AM
7 egg whites
½ cup honeydew melon
1/3 cup oatmeal
- 1 sesapure
- 2 fat burners (7:00 AM)
10:45 AM
2 egg whites
2 whole eggs
1:15 PM
4.5 oz grilled chicken breast
1/5 cup onions
½ cup spaghetti
- 1 sesapure
- 2 fat burners
5:00 PM
½ Protein Shake
8:00 PM
3 oz grilled chicken breast
6 oz beef (eye of round)
¼ cup onion
1 slice of provolone cheese
- 1 sesapure
- 2 ZMA
- 2 sprays of oxycalm
*5 liters of water
*2 liter of Green Tea
Total Calories = 1203
Protein 168g (59%)
Carbs 43g (14%)
Fat 35g (26%)
Fiber 13g
