High carb day went better then the past four days have gone, but I still didn't get my carbs or cals as high as I wanted to!

All 3 sets were done for 12 reps each

Incline: 55/55/60
Lat Pull-Down: 65/75/80(with assistance on 2.5)

PWO Shake (1 scoop) mixed with water and Gatorade
