Hey WW!!! Ok, so the job is busy, but do you LIKE it? Are you enjoying it? AND...I am STILL waiting for those pictures The 28th is quickly approaching....

It's.... ok. I will like it more as I grow into it. It was hard this week (my first week) with my boss out of the office.

Regarding pictures...... DRUMROLL PLEASE!! I am taking them this weekend. Look for them Sunday, I think.

- 1 sesapure
- 2 fat burners


2:30 PM – GYM
1 hour cardio – incline with sprints
Burned: 665 Calories
Miles: 4.85
Needsize abs and hypers


4:00 PM
1.5 oz Heart to Heart cereal

7:45 PM
3 oz boiled chicken breast
2 cups tortilla chips
1/5 cup onions
1/3 pita bread
2 white chocolate, macadamia nut cookies
- 2 sesapure
- 2 ZMA
- 2 sprays of oxycalm


Total Calories = 1016
Protein 81g (33%)
Carbs 103g (40%)
Fat 33g (29%)
Fiber 20g

First two sets where for 12 reps; third set was for 9 reps
Squats: 60/85/120 (3 reps at 135)
Bench: 50/55/75 (1 rep at 95)
Bent Rows: 50/55/75
10 min of incline walking

3 oz grilled chicken breast
½ cup broccoli
½ sm white potato
1/3 cup coleslaw
- 1 sesapure

9:00 PM
5 oz grilled chicken breast
1/5 cup onions
1 slice swiss cheese
1/4 cup guacamole
