Low Carb Day 1

8:00 AM
3oz grilled chicken breast
1/5 cup onions
¼ cup honeydew melon
1/3 cup oatmeal
- 1 sesapure
- 2 fat burners


11:00 AM
3oz grilled chicken breast
1/5 cup guacamole

1:45 PM – GYM
5 sprints at 11.0 for 1 minute, with 2 minute walks, followed by 10% incline at 3.8 with 1 minute run at 7.0 and 8.0 mixture every 5 minutes (5 total)


3:00 PM
4.5oz grilled chicken breast
1 sm potato
¼ cup onion
1/5 cup mushrooms
- 2 fat burners

5:30 PM
1oz grilled chicken breast
1/2 tbls fish oil
1 sm granny smith apple

8:00 PM
4.5oz boiled chicken breast
¼ cup onions
1 slice provolone cheese
- 1 sesapure
- 2 ZMA
- 2 sprays of oxycalm


*8 liters of water
*1 liter of Green Tea


Total Calories = 1226
Protein 152g (52%)
Carbs 62g (20%)
Fat 39g (28%)
Fiber 18 g
How are you doing with the low carb girl? 1200 calories man.... I just look at that and I'm exhausted.. I'm at 1530 and I'm feeling it bad!!!

Things are working out very well with the carb cycling! I changed my fat burner and have had a ton of success with it. I am finally not starving all the time :dance2: It is still challenging to maintain a diet out here given my options, but I can say that it is working very well given my situation!! ;) Thanks so much for asking Treil. As far as the low cals...that was an exception...they were out of eggs at breakfast and then out of chicken, turkey and tuna at dinner and that through my cals and ALL OFF!! :worried:

Thanks for the reminder!! I almost forgot to take my trex! I would have been so hungry later..... What fat burner you using?
