Ok so I have been slacking with posting - bellow are the bast TWO days!! ;)

Hope everyone is having a WONDERFUL week! :verygood:

May 15, 2006
High Carb Day

7:30 AM
9 egg whites
½ cup honeydew
½ cup oatmeal
¼ cup grapes
- 1 sesapure
- 2 fat burners


11:00 AM
1 sm granny smith apple
2 boiled egg
2 egg whites
2 tbls flax meal

1:00 PM – GYM
All 3 sets where done for 12 reps each:
Squats: 60/80/115 - PR!
Incline: 50/55/60
Lat pull down: 65/75/85(6 with assistance)
10 min incline walking
(wish we had more time in the gym – grrrrrrrr)


2:15 PM
PWO shake (1 scoop protein) mixed with Gatorade and water
- 2 fat burners

3:00 PM
3 oz grilled chicken breast
1 sm. white potato
½ cup green beans
¼ cup onions
- 1 sesapure

5:00 PM
1 sm granny smith apple
1 granola bar

8:00 PM
3 oz grilled chicken breast
½ cup spaghetti noodles
¼ cup spaghetti sauce
1/3 cup coleslaw
1/5 cup onions
1/5 cup mushrooms
1 slice provolone
- 1 sesapure
- 2 ZMA
- 2 sprays of oxycalm


*6 liters of water
*1 liter of Green Tea


Total Calories = 1578
Protein 147g (39%)
Carbs 156g (37%)
Fat 41g (27%)
Fiber 28 g

4:00 PM – GYM
10 (1min) sprints at 11.0 with 2 min rests – total of 35 min


6:00 PM
1 sm granny smith apple
2.5 oz grilled chicken breast

8:45 PM
2.5 oz grilled chicken breast
2 oz beef (eye of round)
½ cup green beans
1/5 cup onions
1/5 cup mushrooms
1 slice of provolone
- 1 sesapure
- 2 ZMA
- 2 sprays of oxycalm


*5 liters of water
*1 liter of Green Tea


Total Calories = 1113
Protein 151g (57%)
Carbs 48g (16%)
Fat 33g (27%)
Fiber 16 g
