HEY - I have missed the you guys too!! I haven't been very good at keeping up with everyone's journal like I would like to.

I can see a little bit of change, very SLOWLY. I am starting to see more veins and I am feeling a little leaner in my legs and back. We shall see after a few more weeks!! Still trying to nail the cycle down :qt:

8:00 AM
3oz grilled chicken breast
1/5 cup onions
¼ cup honeydew melon
1/3 cup oatmeal
- 1 sesapure
- 2 fat burners


11:00 AM
3oz grilled chicken breast
1/5 cup guacamole

1:45 PM – GYM
5 sprints at 11.0 for 1 minute, with 2 minute walks, followed by 10% incline at 3.8 with 1 minute run at 7.0 and 8.0 mixture every 5 minutes (5 total)


3:00 PM
4.5oz grilled chicken breast
1 sm potato
¼ cup onion
1/5 cup mushrooms
- 2 fat burners

5:30 PM
1oz grilled chicken breast
1/2 tbls fish oil
1 sm granny smith apple

8:00 PM
4.5oz boiled chicken breast
¼ cup onions
1 slice provolone cheese
- 1 sesapure
- 2 ZMA
- 2 sprays of oxycalm


*8 liters of water
*1 liter of Green Tea


Total Calories = 1226
Protein 152g (52%)
Carbs 62g (20%)
Fat 39g (28%)
Fiber 18 g

Awww... no big deal buddy!!! I just hope you are still having a good weekend besides being super busy ;) I really look up to you n Nelms... I thought my 6 day work week was bad lol but 7... eeeeeks :(

½ cup peaches (only thing they had!)
1/3 cup Oatmeal
- 1 sesapure
- 2 fat burners


11:00
Protein Shake (1 scoop) mixed with water
2 tbls Flax Meal

1:30 PM
½ cup tuna, in water
½ cup asparagus
¼ cup onions
¼ cup white potato
- 1 sesapure
- 2 fat burners


4:30 PM
1 sm granny smith apple

8:30 PM (they were out of chicken, tuna and turkey tonight!!)
3 oz beef (eye of round)
1 sm. slice of meat loaf
¼ cup onions
1/5 cup mushrooms
¾ cup broccoli
- 1 sesapure
- 2 ZMA
- 2 sprays of oxycalm


*6 liters of water
*1 liter of Green Tea


Total Calories = 1023
Protein 114g (46%)
Carbs 73g (26%)
Fat 31g (27%)
