8 egg whites
½ cup honeydew
1/3 cup oatmeal - 1 sesapure
- 1 fat burner
- Psyllium Husks
10:45 PM
1 sm granny smith apple
2 egg whites
2 whole eggs
2 tbls flax meal
1:30 PM – GYM
3 sets of 5 reps and 3 sets of 3 reps Clean and Squat: 55,60,70,75,75,75
All sets where done for 3 FAST reps with 30 sec rests Deadlift: 3 x 25lbs Bench: 3 x 50lbs Bent Row: 3 x 55lbs
2:30 PM
PWO Shake (1/2 scoop) mixed with a small amount of Gatorade and water
3:15 PM
4.5 oz boiled chicken breast
½ cup broccoli
1 sm. white potato
1/5 cup onions - 1 sesapure
- 1 fat burner
- Psyllium Husks
5:30 PM
½ tbls fish oil
8:30 PM
4.5 oz boiled chicken breast
¼ cup onions
1/5 cup mushroom
½ cup cabbage
1 slice provolone cheese - 1 sesapure
- 2 ZMA
- 2 sprays of oxycalm
- Psyllium Husks
*6 liters of water
*1 liter of Green Tea
Total Calories = 1266
Protein 149g (49%)
Carbs 71g (20%)
Fat 42g (29%)
Fiber 20g
They did a little I so wouldn't have gone for a granola bar if I had the choice, but it was the ONLY carb based food that I had access to at that time.

It's a good thing you two have going on. I workout with my guy everyday, and I don't know many couples like us.
It is soooo awesome that you both workout together!! You are right, there are not many couples that do, however, we absolutely LOVE it and wouldn't have it any other way!! AND...yes, he is definitely a great guy - I wouldn't trade him for the world!!
