1 granola bar (I wasn’t feeling well at all - extremely tired and nauseous) - Psyllium Husks

5 oz grilled chicken breast
¾ cup green beans
1/5 cup onions
1/5 cup mushrooms
1 slice provolone cheese - 1 sesapure
- 2 ZMA
- 2 sprays of oxycalm
*6 liters of water
*2 liter of Green Tea

Protein 145g (46%)
Carbs 75g (21%)
Fat 47g (32%)
Fiber 18g
HAAA - yea, completely forgot to type in dinner...macros were correct though! It is now edited!!
