Yes Buns, I agree with you. BUT, it was my VERY first bulking stage and I know that is not an excuse, but I had a lot of mental issues about bulking to overcome. Maybe again this winter I will do a HEAVY bulking phase!! ;)

Thanks so much for the complement, I would like to keep what muscle I have and still lean down. It is funny because I just asked Nelmsjer, last night, if he though that I would look too skinny, with no muscle when I leaned down more. :qt:

What are your thoughts on my diet? :verygood:

These mental obstacles you will face if you decide to bulk again, and you just need to work through them as they come. One convo I had with Nelms, related to having a certain maturity level while bulking... by no means am I calling you immature... just that you have to deal with the fact you will most likely NOT keep your six pack, maybe even a no abs at all ...and to expect that.

Anyway, you don't need to explain yourself ... I understand from your previous posts and I'm SURE the ladies do as well. I just want you to be happy with what you have and really understand that the way you look now, is what other women out there hope to look like one day... I think even Q touched on that.

It's all about you being happy, YOU seeing yourself in a positive light & I'm trying to give you positive reinforcement about yourself, because girl you are beautiful ... and you shouldn't be so hard on yourself or worry too much about eating .... stress = ^^ coritsol = fat storage :)

WOW - thanks so much for the reinforcement!! You are right, it does take a maturity level and a confidence level to be able to seriously bulk. I admire you so much in all you do. You are such a wonderful woman and I can't WAIT to meet you some day!! THANK YOU for everything!
